Right of withdrawal

In accordance with § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG, (§ 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Since the works offered are exclusively individually created original works of art, a return or exchange is excluded.

By placing an order, you expressly acknowledge that there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with the German Distance and Off-Premises Selling Act (FAGG).

Widerrufsrecht

Gemäß § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG besteht kein Widerrufsrecht bei Verträgen zur Lieferung von Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt werden oder eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind.

Da es sich bei den angebotenen Werken ausschließlich um individuell geschaffene Original-Kunstwerke handelt, ist eine Rückgabe oder ein Umtausch ausgeschlossen.

Mit Aufgabe der Bestellung erkennen Sie ausdrücklich an, dass kein Widerrufsrecht gemäß dem Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG) besteht.

Derecho de rescisión

De conformidad con el artículo 18, apartado 1, nº 3 de la FAGG, (§ 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG), no existe derecho de desistimiento en los contratos de suministro de mercancías fabricadas conforme a las especificaciones del cliente o claramente adaptadas a las necesidades personales.

Dado que las obras ofrecidas son exclusivamente obras de arte originales creadas individualmente, queda excluida la devolución o el cambio.

Al realizar un pedido, usted reconoce expresamente que no existe derecho de cancelación de conformidad con la Ley alemana de venta a distancia y fuera del establecimiento (FAGG).
