I ship my original artworks worldwide on request.
Since each work varies individually in format, weight and packaging, the shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the destination country, size and weight. There is no free shipping.
Shipping only after prior contact:
Please contact me before purchasing to discuss shipping options, costs and delivery times. Shipping is only possible after consultation. A purchase contract is only concluded when the shipment has been individually agreed and confirmed by me.
Shipping service provider:
Delivery is usually made with reliable shipping companies such as Austrian Post, DHL or DPD.
Delivery times:
The delivery time varies depending on the destination country and shipping method.
Standard values:
Austria: approx. 3-7 working days
EU: approx. 5-10 working days
Worldwide: up to 21 working days
Packaging:
Each work is carefully and individually packed. The costs for packaging are included in the shipping costs.
Insured shipping & tracking:
All shipments are sent insured. Upon request, you will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped.
Customs and import duties:
Deliveries outside the EU may incur additional customs duties, taxes and fees. These are borne by the buyer. I have no influence on these charges and will inform you in advance about possible additional costs on request.
Non-acceptance & return:
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or non-acceptance, the buyer bears the resulting return costs.

Da jedes Werk individuell in Format, Gewicht und Verpackung variiert, werden die Versandkosten je nach Zielland, Größe und Gewicht individuell berechnet. Es erfolgt kein kostenloser Versand.

Bitte setzen Sie sich vor dem Kauf mit mir in Verbindung, um die Versandmöglichkeiten, Kosten und Lieferzeiten individuell abzustimmen. Der Versand erfolgt ausschließlich nach Rücksprache. Ein Kaufvertrag kommt erst zustande, wenn der Versand individuell abgestimmt und von mir bestätigt wurde.

Die Lieferung erfolgt in der Regel mit zuverlässigen Versandunternehmen wie der Österreichischen Post, DHL oder DPD.
Lieferzeiten:
Die Lieferzeit variiert je nach Zielland und Versandart.

EU: ca. 5–10 Werktage

Verpackung:
Jedes Werk wird sorgfältig und individuell verpackt. Die Kosten für Verpackung sind in den Versandkosten enthalten.
Versicherter Versand & Sendungsverfolgung:
Alle Sendungen werden versichert versendet. Auf Wunsch erhalten Sie eine Trackingnummer nach Versand der Bestellung.
Zölle und Einfuhrabgaben:
Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der EU können zusätzliche Zölle, Steuern und Gebühren anfallen. Diese trägt der Käufer. Ich habe keinen Einfluss auf diese Abgaben und informiere Sie auf Wunsch vorab über mögliche zusätzliche Kosten.
Nichtannahme & Rücksendung:
Sollte ein Paket aufgrund falscher Adressangaben oder Nichtannahme zurückgesendet werden, trägt der Käufer die daraus entstehenden Rücksendekosten.

El contrato de compra sólo se formaliza cuando el envío ha sido acordado y confirmado individualmente por mí.

Embalaje:

Envío asegurado y seguimiento:
Todos los envíos se envían asegurados. Si lo solicita, recibirá un número de seguimiento tras el envío de su pedido.
Aduanas y derechos de importación:
Para las entregas fuera de la UE, pueden aplicarse derechos de aduana, impuestos y tasas adicionales. Estos corren a cargo del comprador. No tengo ninguna influencia sobre estos gastos y le informaré con antelación sobre posibles costes adicionales si así lo solicita.
No aceptación y devoluciones:
Si se devuelve un paquete debido a que los datos de la dirección son incorrectos o no se acepta, el comprador correrá con los gastos de devolución resultantes.
